Serigraphy

It is a process with ceramic paint in which after applying the paint to the glass we subject it to the tempering process in order to vitrify and adhere the paint to the glass. In Extra Clear glass the color of the paint would differ from the real one due to the iron contained in the glass. With the help of meshes we can have different positive or negative patterns.

Digital Serigraphy

Satinglass / Duo

Satinglass

We subject the glass with masking on one side to an acid satin process, which kills the shine of the exposed surface, mattifying the appearance. Its appearance makes it ideal for privatizing spaces, the satin surface can have a design. It can be used on clear glass, with a substrate, on glass or glass with a painting process.

Satinglass Duo

We immerse the glass in a vat of acid to mattify both sides of the glass surface, increasing its non-translucent appearance. Ideal for emphasizing spaces thanks to its elegant aesthetics. It can be applied on clear glass or substrate.

Non-slip

Through satin coating the process of which contains particles that allow the paint to be porous. To avoid risks in walkable domes or stairs that are made of glass. Anti-reflective

Sicureglass

We call our LAMINATED product SICUREGLAS; It consists of the union of two or more glass sheets of any thickness joined by a layer or interlayer that can be made of a transparent or colored Polymer (PVB) to an Ionomer (SGP Sentry Glass Plus).

This type of glass is ideal for spaces that require not only safety, but also protection in case of breakage due to impact, since it helps preserve the glass in the installed module. Using transparent PVB allows for great transparency when laminated with clear glass.

Sicureglass Color

When processed with colored PVB it allows a variety of shades by mixing the base colors. It can be complemented with satin to blur the background without completely losing vision. With a White or Black PVB we can block vision completely.

Sicureglass® Solar control

By laminating a solar control glass with a clear glass using PVB protection, we guarantee against UV rays and blocking the passage of light. Using a film that contains innovative solar control nanoparticle technology, it offers protection against UV rays and blocks a percentage of infrared rays, which helps solar control inside the building.

Sicureglass® Acoustic control

Sicureglass glass with PVB Silence significantly attenuates the noise from the impact of rain and hail on windows and roofs, generally improving the acoustic performance compared to classic laminated glass and monolithic glass of equal thickness.

Sicureglass® Structural

SentryGlass Plus (SGP) is a sheet made from ethylene ionomer, it is 5 times stronger than P.V.B. Therefore, it is considered for structural elements in facades, railings, walkable domes and stairs. The glasses that make up the unit must be tempered to allow for the mechanical resistance to which they will be subjected. Ideal for facades that are installed with any system that involves exposed edges.

Sicureglass® Multilaminate

The composition of the unit varies depending on the level of security. However, semi-tempered glass with PVB or SGP is recommended to resist direct impacts. The composition to resist projectile impacts is with annealed glass laminated with SGP.

Sicureglass® Anti-hurricane

Climaglass

Thermal control

It is a unit that reduces the passage of light and simultaneously the passage of heat; its values ​​help more with solar control than with thermal insulation. With these glasses, the entry of light into the interior is less, which is why the appearance of the glass is much more reflective than clear glass. The relationship that exists is that the less light enters, the greater the reflectivity the glass will have. It has an acceptable thermal insulation value. When a greater passage of light with the least amount of heat is required, we use Low E glass.

Thermo-acoustic control
